Practical information

Here you will find the most important information about what you need to bring, how to get here and where you can leave the car.

What to bring

What do you need to bring to the sauna?

You don't need to bring a lot to the sauna. Bring at least:

  • A swimsuit if necessary
  • A towel
  • A drinking bottle
  • Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear

The sauna area is partly outdoors all year round. In winter it is a good idea to bring warm shoes that are easy to put on. In cooler weather a beanie or sauna hat is useful for relaxing in the hot tub.

If you want to grill sausages during your sauna evening, you can bring your own.

Swimsuit use depends on the session. Swimwear is worn on the Thursday public session and on Saturday and Sunday. Swimwear is optional only on the Monday men's session, the Tuesday women's session and the Wednesday silent mixed session. In personal sauna treatments and saunotus sessions you can be fully or partially without a swimsuit, as you wish.

Remember to drink enough while in the sauna. Non-alcoholic drinks are available at the sauna.
