Weed treatment
Weed treatment is at the heart of the traditional sauna tradition. It combines the rhythm of the wind, the healing power of plants and the softness of a massage into one holistic experience. The heat and steam do wonders for the muscles and mind, and the scent of the wind made from various plants fills the air with vitality.
The treatment is both a physical and spiritual cleansing – the wand touches the skin, but also something deeper. Each movement of the wand is like nature's own breath, restoring connection to your own body and the world around you.
Traditional sauna
Ready for the deepest sauna experience of your life? Traditional sauna leads you into the healing world of the forest and sauna. The holistic treatment combines the wisdom of ancestors, natural ingredients and the healing heat of a smoke sauna.
During the sauna session, you can enjoy a sauna greeting, herbal salt scrub, a nourishing wrap, a honey massage, a relaxing bath and a candle wash. Heat, water and the scents of nature merge in the Love treatment sauna, where body and mind find complete peace.
The treatment lasts approximately 90 minutes and can be individually tailored to your life situation, season or your own wishes. The price includes all treatment steps and a sauna drink, but use of the smoke sauna and hot tubs must be booked separately.
Sauna massage
Sauna massage is a traditional and deeply healing experience, where the heat of the sauna and the touch of the massage complement each other perfectly. Gentle steam opens the muscles and relaxes the tissues, allowing the massage to have a deeper effect.
The treatment is a full-body experience, where we use nature's own gifts – nettle, yarrow and other plants – to enhance the body's recovery. The massage begins with an initial warm-up with fingertips, continues with an herbal salt scrub and ends with a honey massage of the face and head. The warmth, scents and touch together form a whole that leaves behind a deep feeling of peace.
End of tradition
End of tradition is a combination of massage, herbal medicine and aromatherapy – one of the oldest and most effective sauna treatments. The heat and steam take the benefits of mechanical massage deeper into the tissues, increasing metabolism, enhancing blood circulation and cleansing the skin.
It is said that fifteen minutes of traditional sauna steaming is equivalent to at least three quarters of a classic massage. Steamings made from different trees and plants bring their own nuances to the treatment – birch, juniper, yarrow and many other plants bring their aromatherapeutic, healing effects through inhalation and skin.
The traditional ceremony is performed in a treatment sauna, and although two people can be present at the same time, the actual treatment is always carried out one at a time – this way everyone gets full attention and the best possible effect.
Peat treatment
Peat treatment is a gift from Mother Earth that supports deep relaxation of body and mind. Peat absorbs impurities, revitalizes the skin's natural functions and effectively activates tissue metabolism.
The treatment nourishes and cares for the skin, scalp and hair, bringing with it deep warmth and grounding peace. The peat treatment includes a full body massage and peat treatment individually according to your wishes and needs. Each treatment is built from the client's moment - sometimes more cleansing, sometimes restorative and sometimes strengthening.
