General sauna shifts are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and weekends.
Sauna treatments are basically available on all our sauna shifts.
After-baths are a private session that you can book for your own group after the general sauna sessions.
General shifts
General sauna shifts are held on Saturdays and Sundays between 14.30:19 p.m. and XNUMX p.m.
Men's sauna shift is on Mondays and women's turn Tuesdays 16-19 pm. Open to everyone quiet general shift is on Wednesdays and from 16-19 p.m.
On Peat Thursday you can experience the healing power of peat. at the peat ceremony between 16-17 pm and then enjoy the warmth of the smoke sauna until 19 pm. You can only participate in the general session Thursdays from 17-19 pm.
You can arrive for weekday and weekend shifts with your own car or bike. You can also get to the Broböle stop about a kilometer away by bus 841 from Itäkeskus.
After-baths and private tours
After all general shifts it is also possible to book after-party for your own group. You can reserve a place for shifts or a private after-bath shift conveniently in our appointment booking system.
A private tour is your chance to enjoy the saunas and pools in the sauna area throughout the evening.
We also offer various additional services, such as sauna treatments and ceremonies, guided nature walks and forest yoga. You can ask more about these by asking us with the form below the individual offer.

A unique sauna experience in the middle of nature
Public sauna
It is held at Sipoonjoki's traditional sauna general sauna shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and general sauna shifts for men on Mondays ja for women on Tuesdays.
On Wednesdays, the sauna has a quiet shift, during which you the sauna area is dedicated to silence and the belongings can be changed at the sauna cabin. The quiet shift is a mixed shift, during which the use of swimwear is optional.

Weekend sauna shifts and the general shift on Thursday are mixed shifts, so you can come with your spouse or friends to enjoy the heat of the outdoor sauna. A swimsuit or towel is required for shifts.
During the men's and women's shift and during the quiet sauna shift, wearing a swimsuit is optional.
Participation in the sauna session is done by booking a place through our appointment booking system. You can reserve one or more places by selecting the number of people from the drop-down menu.

During the treatment, traditional sauna spells transport you to the realm of relaxation.
After the ceremony, you can enjoy the steam sauna and cold and lämminof water pools.

Cold and lämmin job
You can take a dip during your sauna vacation to the pool in front of the sauna. Both cold and lämminthe temperature of the water pool varies somewhat depending on the weather conditions.
The cold pool refreshes and makes you feel reborn after swimming. From the warm pool, you can admire the landscape of Sipoonjokilaakso and the old forest bordering the area.
Access to the cold and hot water pools is included in the admission ticket for both general sauna sessions and sauna sessions.

Our years of experience in various sauna events and saunas, combined with our knowledge of sauna tradition, enables you to have a unique experience at Sipoonjoki's traditional sauna.
Space to be and enjoy
The terrace path through the forest and the spacious patio in front of the ground sauna create a peaceful and pleasant setting for your sauna experience.
There is also a lean-to in the area, where you can take shelter during your shift. sit down to make a fire or, for example, fry sausages.
It's the most convenient way to get there with your own car or bike, but also by bus (line 841 from Itäkeskus, Broböle stop) about a kilometer away. Hindsbyntie, along which we are located, is in summer a popular cycling route.

We will guide you personally to the practices of the sauna. We are also available during the entire sauna experience and also after if you have any questions. You might also find us on the sauna boards with you!
If you need help moving around the sauna area, please let us know in advance by email. Please also note that there are some stairs in the sauna area, so the area is not barrier-free.

You can also arrive for your turn a little after it starts.
Select the type of tour (general, private, after-show, etc.), date, and number of participants. Confirmation and further instructions will be sent by email upon booking.
